Ugalde Kalea

Hi! I'm Eva, a tour guide in Bilbao, and I'm renting a lovely brand-new room in Bilbao. The apartment is a 12-minute walk from Indautxu metro station, which is in the city center, and a 3-minute walk from Zabalburu, where you can catch the bus to the UPV/EHU University. The room has a double bed and a small terrace. It's an exterior room and very quiet and sunny because it faces south. The mattress is brand new and very comfortable. There's a private bathroom right across from the room. I'd like to share the apartment with a responsible and tidy girl from September to June. The living room area has another, larger terrace with a table for dining or a sun lounger. As a tour guide, I can give you lots of tips on what to see and do throughout the year so you can enjoy your time to the fullest! There would only be two of us.
