The underground station is 5 minutes walking from the flat. The area is nice with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, banks, ... near by. You reach the center of Bilbao in less than 10 minutes. NOTE: If you already live in Spain your TIE must be valid for the duration of the booking. A month's rent deposit is required as a guarantee for the good use of the flat.
