Quiet environment in an apartment, metros Verdaguer, Joanic and Sagrada Familia , three metro lines, buses from the center. For full-time students/Erasmus/post-graduate/internships walking distance to the center. We are looking for a non-smoker, tidy, very clean, responsible, easy-going person. It is a quiet environment of work, calm and relaxation, so no parties, events or visits. Owners (my husband and me) live and work there. Very safe environment, both the neighborhood and the building.
