Room for students, with private bathroom and toilet on the first floor of a duplex, located a 10-minute walk from the Sagrada Família. Direct access to the kitchen and dining room. On the 2nd floor of the duplex there is a large living room giving access to a 40 m2 south-facing terrace. The owners' bedroom and bathroom are on the 2nd floor, so the student maintains their privacy. Cleaning is done every week by us. The neighborhood is quiet and promotes study and rest. The metro stations are a 5-minute walk away and there are plenty of shops next door.
