Transportation: Subway: 2-min walk (170m) Liceu Train: 8-min walk (650m) Plaça Catalunya Bus: 1-min walk (90m) La Rambla - Liceu Apartment Description This 7-bedroom apartment, located on the 2 nd floor, has 3 shared bathrooms, and is fully furnished and equipped, for comfortable and convenient stays. The common areas include a kitchen equipped with a microwave, stove, refrigerator, washing machine, and some kitchen utensils, as well as a dining area with a table and a comfortable sofa. The building does not have an elevator. Other: - The rental fee includes €35 per person for included expenses (any additional costs will be deducted from the security deposit). - The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit). - A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with the equivalent replacements. This applies for: towels, pillows and pillowcases, furniture, lamps, and all other amenities. - Some of the decorative items and food shown in the photographs were used solely for decorative purposes and are not included in the flat. - The rooms are for individual use, except if we have a previous agreement. - Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner. - All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid. - Check-in times during business hours are free; any other times will have to be accepted by us, and there could be a charge. - We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat. - Mandatory fee: The amount of €55 for a single bed or €65 for a double bed will be deducted from the security deposit, which corresponds to the basic linen kit that includes: sheets, pillowcases and towels. This kit can be taken by the guest at the end of their stay.
