Room 3 : This amazing room is a wonderful exterior room with a cool gallery full of big windows facing to Gran Via street where you will be able to relax and have a cup of coffee while being fascinated by its views. It is a really bright and spacious room with cool high ceilings. There is a cozy double bed, a 3 door closet to organize all your stuff and a big working area. This is a really quiet room as it is really far from common areas, it is located in a big hall where only Room 2 is. This incredible and amazing apartment is located in Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, one of the most important and central streets in Barcelona. The location is perfect, it is really central, just 8 minute walking distance to Plaça Espanya and Parallel and just 15 minute walking distance to Plaça Universitat and 20 minute walking distance to Plaça Catalunya on the other side. Furthermore, in 200 metres from the main door of the building, there is the Rocafort metro station (L1). This more than 200m2 apartment is in an elegant and majestic modernist building with an elevator and with an incredible main hall and doorwoman. It has 9 cozy rooms and one of them is shared, so there will be a maximum of 10 students home at a time. It has a welcoming hall that is really spacious thanks to the high ceilings of the apartment. There is also a bright and huge living room with a TV, a perfect place to relax and a wonderful dining room with a wall full of windows and a big table with chairs to share your time and co-living experience with your flatmates. Next to the dining room area, there is a laundry room and a huge clothes line. There is also a beautiful kitchen in the apartment, just renewed and well decorated and completely equipped. The apartment has two bathrooms with shower. There is also AC and heater system by air in the complete apartment and in all rooms except for Room 2 and Room 3. You will find this apartment in the Eixample Esquerre neighborhood, located on the left side of Passeig de Gràcia, really centric. In this neighborhood you will find all different services around: bars, shops, restaurants, theaters, gyms, and more. Also, some of the best architectural modern buildings are located around this area. ? If you arrive: - Between the 1st and 10th days of each month, you will need to pay the entire month. - Between the 11th and the 20th day of each month, we will discount 20% of your rent for the first month. - The 21st or later, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy. ? If you leave: - Between the 1st and 9th days of each month, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy. - Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month. - The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month. ? CHECK-IN POLICY: Here you have all the available check-in options: - Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at our Office (Carrer de Puigmartí 35, local 1 – Gràcia neighborhood, next to Joanic metro station (L4)) with no charge. - Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at your new apartment with a 35 € extra fee. - Weekends & Festivity days from 09.00h to 21.00h or Working days from 19.00h to 20.00h directly at your new apartment per 50€ extra fee.
