The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months. **IMPORTANT** You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes. Your usual residence must be outside Barcelona. Nice studio with an area of 30m2, consists of a double bed, a kitchenette with dining area and a bathroom. Ideal for one person or couples and is fully equipped and ready to move into. The studio is located on a mezzanine. The house is on a quiet street, with an excellent location, very central, next to the station Paral-lel Metro, allowing easy access to different parts of the city and to public transport, restaurants and shops. RENTAL CONDITIONS: -Monthly rent: 980€ /month. -Deposit: 1,5 months’ rent -Utilities: 150€/month -Internet: free of charge -Agency fees: A single payment equivalent to one month's rent + 21% VAT. -Cleaning expenses: a single payment of 100€ (VAT included). -Contract preparation: a single payment of 100€ (VAT included).
