You must present an ID card or passport, proof of financial stability (employment contract, pay stubs, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner stating that your stay is for leisure and tourism purposes. This charming and cozy studio, located in the Barceloneta neighborhood, offers a comfortable and well-designed space in Barcelona. The property is a ground-floor apartment, fully furnished and designed to make the most of the available space. It features a fully equipped open kitchen connected to the living-dining room. It also has a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious closet, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The studio is equipped with air conditioning. For added security, it has a double entrance door (main door and security grill door). Located on Carrer de Vinaròs in the heart of Barceloneta, the apartment is just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and local shops. It also offers excellent public transport connections, with Barceloneta metro station (L4) only a 10-minute walk away and several bus lines nearby, providing easy access to the city centre and the rest of Barcelona.
