Please read the rental conditions before booking the apartment Serviced Apartment Membership This offer includes access to our Serviced Apartment Membership, designed to provide a well-managed, multilingual rental experience with streamlined administration and digital convenience throughout your stay. The membership applies for the full duration of the contract. What’s Included Digital contract & flexible signing The contract is issued in Catalan or Spanish, according to your preference. A translated version is provided for reference. Signing is completed securely online prior to arrival. Multilingual support Communication is available in Spanish, English, or your preferred language, with Catalan or Spanish as the contractual reference. Direct communication channel A dedicated (hidden) group is available throughout your stay. Non-urgent assistance is provided daily from 9:00 to 21:00. Photographic inventory A detailed digital inventory with photos documents the condition of the property at check-in and check-out for full transparency. Initial setup for your arrival The apartment is prepared with bed linen and towels at the start of the tenancy. Internet is active from day one. Security support Alarm system and assistance in case of security-related incidents. Utility management Utilities are calculated based on actual consumption. At the end of the tenancy, usage is reviewed and any difference is settled accordingly. Deposit guidance Clear administrative explanation of the deposit return process, with support available in your language. Ongoing administrative support Assistance with tenancy-related practical matters to ensure a smooth and organised stay. i? Important Information The Serviced Apartment Membership is a separate service agreement from the rental contract. It covers administrative management, communication, and coordination only. It does not include hospitality, cleaning, or touristic services. In case of discrepancy, the contract in Catalan or Spanish prevails. Translations are for reference only. ? Rental Conditions Bills Utility costs shown are estimates. Final consumption is calculated at the end of the tenancy, and any difference is charged or refunded accordingly.
