The Flat & Atmosphere: - Looking for: Female tenants only (master's/postgraduate students, medical residents / MIR, or working professionals) who are clean, orderly, and respectful. - Family Context: I am a working professional living alone in the flat. Every two weeks (alternate weekends, Friday to Sunday), my two daughters (11 and 17 years old) stay with me. El piso es muy silencioso, cuenta con Wi-Fi de alta velocidad y dispone de dos baños (un baño completo con ducha y un aseo adicional). Ambiente y Convivencia: - Perfil buscado: Exclusivamente chicas (estudiantes de máster/posgrado, residentes MIR o profesionales) limpias, ordenadas y respetuosas. - Contexto familiar: Soy un profesional trabajador que vive solo en el piso. Cada dos semanas (fines de semana alternos, de viernes a domingo), mis dos hijas (de 11 y 17 años) pasan el fin de semana conmigo.
