The room is a small studio where you will find everything you need to be happy in a comfortable environment with all kinds of details. The room has a size of 14m2. The stay includes bed linen: fitted sheet, pillows with their respective pillowcases, comforter filler and blanket. It also includes maintenance cleaning every other week of the common areas, technical maintenance service, high speed internet and all utilities included up to a maximum of 40€/month. The accomodation has the following public transport connections: 2 min from Verdaguer (L4) (L5) 9m from Diagonal (L3) (L5) About Vila de Gracia Vila de Gràcia is one of the most traditional neighborhoods in Barcelona. Its small and narrow streets that make up the area, houses a diversity of creative stores and restaurants that maintain the terrace culture established in all the squares of the old town.
