Also, it has a large and bright living room with a comfortable sofa, small balcony and dining table for 4. A few steps away is the fully equipped kitchen. Note: The final cleaning is not included, 90eur. IMPORTANT - DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNTS - 1 month stay: 50 of the month. - 2 to 4 months stay: 1 month - More than 5 months stay: 2 months. The utilities water, electricity, gas, Internet ARE NOT INCLUDED in the rental price. To cover these utilities a deposit of 250 eur/month is payable by the tenant.
