It is very well connected as it is in the centre of the city. Only 3 minutes away from Las Ramblas where you can find L3 Liceu and 5 minutes away from L4 Jaume I. This spacious room is fully equipped with a double bed and mattress, a two-door wardrobe, a functional study area with a desk and chair. Besides, the place has access to a balcony. The flat is fully equipped with a living space: it has 5 private rooms, two bathrooms with a shower and toilet in each one, a kitchen and a cosy living-dining room. The common areas of the flat are shared among the tenants. We provide basic kitchen utensils and basic household appliances like a washing machine. 50€ for expenses are included in the monthly price (electricity, water and gas, WiFi internet access).
