Membership fee A one-time fee of €275 is applied at the beginning of the stay. It covers the drafting and signing of the contract, check-in support and a full bedding set (duvet, blanket, sheets, two pillows and two towels). ? Final cleaning fee A €125 final cleaning fee must be paid at the time of check-out. ? For couples: If the members are a couple, the Welcome Service fee increases by €100 to include the additional set of towels and keys, as well as handling and management for two occupants. The monthly fee increases by €265, which includes utilities for two people and all shared services. ?
