Bright double rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the park, have a ceiling fan, television, new furniture, parquet, key on the bedroom door, there is air conditioning in the living room. There is good public transport, the subway is just outside the house. The bathroom has access to the interior patio. There is an elevator, very quiet and a good atmosphere. Important notes: the landlady allows occasional and occasional guests to sleep, but this must be consulted. There's a kitten. HOUSE RULES: Keep everything that is being served, kitchen, sink clean after each use.
