The neighborhood has two movie theaters, also within walking distance of the apartment, as well as several shopping and dining options. Inside this apartment, you’ll find 6 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a dinning room. The kitchen comes with a 2 refrigerators, stove, oven and microwave.This apartment is ideal for students. SERVICES: - Maintenance service included - If you want to change your flat or room, we will offer you the rooms that we have available for you to choose the one you like the most. RENTAL CONDITIONS: - Only payments: Monthly rent + expenses (utilities) and refundable deposit. - You must pay the rent before the 5th day of each month. - Deposit: 1000€ - will be returned at the end of your stay, in about 30 days. - Minimum stay: 3 month. GUESTS POLICY: - One guest is allowed to stay in the room a maximum period of 7 nights. - Previous notification by email is required. - First 2 nights are for free. - After the 2nd night there is an extra cost of 40€ per night. - Guests must sleep in the same bedroom as the tenant.
