WHOLE APARTMENTS: Agency fee for Studio or Apartment is 847 EUR. Separate monthly expenses of 150 EUR fixed per month. Final cleaning service not included, deducted from the deposit 100 EUR per study, 150 EUR 2 rooms 200 EUR 3 rooms.
