The studio incorporates the latest technology: online check-in and check-out, TV, high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning. *SUPPLIES, BED LINEN AND WEEKLY CLEANING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE* Monthly stay management The stay will be managed on a monthly basis. Guests must confirm their intention to continue staying in the apartment at least 20 days before the start of each new month. Likewise, the monthly rent payment must also be made 20 days prior to the beginning of the corresponding month. With the exception of the first month's payment, which will be processed through Housing Anywhere, all subsequent monthly payments will be managed directly with us. Twenty days before the start of each rental month, you will receive a payment link indicating the amount due for the upcoming month. This payment must be completed in order to continue your stay in the apartment.
