More About the Property

This apartment features a compact living room with direct access to the main entrance, two separate bedrooms, and one bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. One bedroom has a single bed, while the second is an interior bedroom (without a window) furnished with a double bed. The well-equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, kitchenware, and tea and coffee-making facilities. The apartment also offers a washing machine, a desk, and a seating area. Guests can enjoy city views during their stay. One of the neighbourhood's greatest advantages is its location. Within a 15–20 minute walk are the famous LX Factory, a former industrial complex now home to independent boutiques, art galleries, cafés, restaurants, bookshops, and regular markets, and the lively Docas de Alcântara, a marina lined with waterfront restaurants and bars overlooking the Tagus River. The famous Tram 15E is the most useful tourist connection nearby. It runs along the river corridor and links Alcântara, Cais do Sodré, Praça do Comércio, Baixa, Belém, and Algés. It is one of the easiest ways to reach Belém and central Lisbon from this side of the city. The Cascais railway line is useful for trips west along the coast: Alcântara-Terra / Alcântara-Mar stations connect toward Cascais, Estoril, and coastal towns. Buses are likely to be your main everyday option. Lisbon's bus network covers Alcântara well and connects to central areas, Belém, Campo de Ourique, and other neighbourhoods.
