The best part: you're close to everything! Located at the first floor of the building, this apartment recreates perfectly and comfortably the lifestyle of a typical Lisbon citizen. Decorated in a 'relaxed style' that looks to be, essentially, highly functional and appealing, you'll have at your disposal all the essencial items to have a wonderful stay, like towels, linens, amenities, heater, fridge, microwave, cable tv and internet. The water and power bills are included in the month's rent, in a maximum of 50€ for each one. WiFi, cable TV and all taxes are included also. The price includes, once per month, a complete cleaning of the apartment and laundry service.
