The apartment has two shared bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with oven/microwave. Washing machine (no dishwasher). A communal area in the sunroom with a dining table. The apartment is located in Arroios, a dynamic and multicultural parish of Lisbon. It offers a variety of activities and points of interest, such as the vibrant Mercado de Arroios, the peaceful Jardim do Campo Mártires da Pátria, and a diverse gastronomic scene with international restaurants. You can explore the urban art in the streets, visit the historic Biblioteca Municipal dos Coruchéus, watch shows at the Teatro da Politécnica, and enjoy the lively nightlife. The unique architecture of the Bairro das Colónias and the Church of Nossa Senhora da Penha de França are also highlights, as are the local events that enliven the community throughout the year. The area around the apartment is well served by public transportation, including the Arroios Metro Station (Green Line) about a 10-minute walk away, several bus lines, and easy access to cabs and ride-sharing services such as Uber. There are also Gira bicycle and electric scooter stations available nearby. ; Please note: bills are included up to a limit of 20€ per person/month and maid once a week. We prepare contracts and issue receipts, but we do not register them with the tax authorities. However, we can provide a signed and stamped document for visa purposes. At check-in, you will need to pay the security deposit, the last month’s rent, and the administrative fee. There is a mandatory cleaning service for the common areas once per week, at a cost of €20 per room per month. However, if all tenants agree, the cleaning can be increased to twice per week for €30 per room per month. Alternatively, if all tenants agree that they do not want the cleaning service, there will be no associated cost, and the tenants will be fully responsible for cleaning the property themselves. Please note that for stays from September to December and February to May, a short-stay fee of 250€ will be charged.
