Looking for a place which will allow you to live well-connected and within proximity to where you'll be attending your classes? This flat is it. Located in Benfica and close to Alto dos Moinhos metro station, your new accommodation will provide you with a simple yet cosy vibe where you devote yourself to your studies. Living here also means you won't be far from Escola Superior de Comunicação Social and Escola Superior de Educação de Lisboa. Plus, nearby you'll find shops, restaurants and supermarkets. In other words, everything you might need will be within your reach! The flat comprises of three bedrooms, a kitchen and a common bathroom. The rent includes 20€ for the monthly house expenses (water, electricity and natural gas - internet is fully included). The price shown is for one person. For an extra person in the reservation, the price is 90€ higher. We prepare contracts and issue receipts, but we do not register them with the tax authorities. However, we can provide a signed and stamped document for visa purposes. At check-in, you will need to pay the security deposit, the last month’s rent, and the administrative fee. There is a mandatory cleaning service for the common areas once per week, at a cost of €20 per room per month. However, if all tenants agree, the cleaning can be increased to twice per week for €30 per room per month. Alternatively, if all tenants agree that they do not want the cleaning service, there will be no associated cost, and the tenants will be fully responsible for cleaning the property themselves. Please note that for stays from September to December and February to May, a short-stay fee of 250€ will be charged.
