Charming one bedroom apartment in a renovated 19th century building in the centre of Lisbon, in Mouraria, close to the metro station of Martim Moniz. The apartment is fully equipped. The room has a double bed 140cmx200cm, a closet, and a desk. It has good natural light and a small balcony. The living room has a sofa bed 140cmx200cm, a 32" LED TV and a small area for meals. The sofa bed is in a common area and so more suitable for short stays. I also provide bed sheets and bathroom towels. Other amenities are free high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, heaters for winter and fans for summer. the apartment is equipped with double glass windows. Some of my books are stored at the apartment. I live at the next door apartment. During your stay I will be available for any kind of questions or issues that you may have. Je parle aussi le Français.

Is it Refundable?
You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of payment, after which platform fees will not be refunded (To be added on Cancellation Policy also)
Will the booking fee be refunded to the student?
Fee is non-refundable in case the student decides to swap their accommodation from a non-commissionable property to a commissionable property. Platform Fee is refundable to the student if they decide to cancel their booking within the defined “UniAcco Cooling Off Period”. This period will be upto 48 hours from the months April-September and 5 days from the months October-March.
Why should a student book with UniAcco and not directly with the Property Manager?
We will assist the student with the entire booking process. End-to-end handling of the cancellation process for the student. (Platform Fee won’t be refundable to the student in this scenario). Post Move-In Assistance to the student.
Is a Guarantor required to book a room?
