The Eco Student Rez has just been renovated in the summer of 2018 and offers 3 studios next to the main house. The Studio Terra is fully furnished with 2 beds, 2 desks, 2 dressers, etc. All furniture can be moved around depending if you are a couple or 2 roomates like in the pictures. There is Internet via WiFi or cable, a fully equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom and big shared outside area divided in different environments to enjoy the sunny Portuguese weather. Storage space is also available in the garage to keep your surf boards, bicycle, suitcases... safe at night! Eco Student Rez is located in the center of a Parede with all type of facilities coffee shop, groceries, open day market, banks, train station at walking distance. The beach is only 10 min walking and the NOVA SBE Campus is 3km away. You can also reach Lisbon, Cascais or Sintra in about 20-30 min by train.
