If, during a visit or inspection of the Property, the hygiene and cleanliness standards of the common areas are found to be inadequate, the Landlord reserves the right to require the Residents to subscribe to the weekly cleaning service described above, with the corresponding fee payable by all Residents. If any Resident requests the weekly cleaning service for the common areas, the service will be implemented for the Property and the corresponding fee will be payable by all Residents, as the service benefits shared spaces used by all occupants. Upon request, Residents may also obtain a quotation for additional cleaning services, including, but not limited to, increased cleaning frequency for common areas, cleaning of private Rooms, or cleaning of other private areas of the Property.
