Coliving Carcavelos 2020 Residences is a project with 301 studios for Students and Professionals located in Carcavelos, within walking distance of the Nova School of Business and Economics and Nato Communications and Information Services Agency - NSCA Lisbon. It offers coliving residences with studios and apartments in an all-inclusive concept, where you will have the opportunity to meet new people from different cultures and countries, in the common areas it has to offer. Carcavelos, a sunny spot with one of Portugal's best known surfing beaches, is a very nice place to enjoy all year round. Close to one of the most exclusive and historic areas in Portugal - Cascais and Estoril - do not forget the proximity of the capital, arriving in just 30 minutes to the center, using the Cascais line train. Please note that all the photos provided are from a "model studio", as so there may be slight differences. There is a laundry room with paid machines, a study room, and a rooftop Check-ins can be done from Monday to Friday between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. Outside this hours a fee of 31€ will be applied.
