If you are looking for a quiet place to stay with a homely feel to it this might just be the place. Simple yet welcoming, the apartment has offers all commodities and you will be located near almost all relevant services and trasports - and walking distance from all major universities. It also is near Monsanto and the new Praça de Espanha park, which means you will have more that your fair share of green spaces. You will be sharing the downstairs floor with one other tenant and the landlord will be living upstairs. There is a common kitchen with breakfast area, 2 bathrooms, large living and dining room and a machine room, and also an extra room that can be used by your friends or relatives upon agreement with the landlord and the other tenant. Smoking is allowed only in certain spaces - balcony and breakfast area. And most of all, we want you to have a most pleasant stay.
