It features 2.5 WCs (one without a shower), with two rooms offering private bathrooms. The flat includes a windowless living room with a TV, a small dining room, and a fully furnished kitchen equipped with a washing machine. Please note that the building does not have a lift and includes a shared terrace. The maximum capacity for this flat is 12 people. Room: This lovely room is spread over two floors. The first floor features a dedicated working area complete with a desk, chair and lamp, and offers direct access to the house’s patio. On the second floor, you’ll find the main bedroom area that is fully furnished and features a working area complete with a desk, chair and a lamp. It also includes a spacious wardrobe, a bedside table with an accompanying lamp and a mirror. The room boasts a comfortable double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Additionally, this bedroom is an ensuite, offering the luxury of a private bathroom for your exclusive use. As a disclaimer, we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements. Others: - The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit). - A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with the equivalent replacements. This applies for: towels, pillows and pillowcases, furniture, lamps, and all other amenities. - The rooms are for individual use, except if we have a previous agreement. - Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner. - All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid. - Check-in times during business hours are free; any other times will have to be accepted by us, and there could be a charge. - We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat. - Mandatory fee: The amount of €55 for a single bed or €65 for a double bed will be deducted from the security deposit, which corresponds to the basic linen kit that includes: sheets, pillowcases and towels. This kit can be taken by the guest at the end of their stay.
