REQUIREMENTS: + Security Deposit (equivalent to the amount of one month's rent and paid during the check in). + Admin fee (Paid per person once during the check in). + Extra cost of 50€/month in case the accommodation is intended for 2 persons. ? MONTHLY CONTRACT: Payment for whole months, regardless of your move-in and move-out date. ? CHECK-IN TIME: - Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm. ? RENTAL CONDITIONS: - There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s). - For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document and fiscal number. - During the booking process it is mandatory to be indicated who are the persons that are going to rent the accommodation and do the check-in. - The security deposit must be paid during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received. The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent. - The rent must be paid until the last day of the previous month. - Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good conditions. - Visitor(s) policy: Yes (Under request and approval). - Parties are not allowed. - Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00. - Smoking inside the property is not allowed. - Pets or animals are not allowed.
