This flat has seven bedrooms, one common bathroom, a WC, and a kitchen, which features an enclosed balcony where you can have your meals! All the bedrooms are comfortable, bright and large, with a lovely décor that will help you relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need to cook your favorite meals. RENTAL CONDITIONS: - There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s). - For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document and fiscal number. - During the booking process it is mandatory to be indicated who are the persons that are going to rent the accommodation and do the check-in. - The security deposit must be paid during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received. The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent. - The rent must be paid until the last day of the previous month. - Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good conditions. - Visitor(s) policy: Yes (Under request and approval). - Parties are not allowed. - Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00. - Smoking inside the property is not allowed. - Pets or animals are not allowed.
