The bed in your private bedroom is a large and comfortable one, with fresh linens, fluffy pillows, and a soft duvet to ensure a good night's sleep. The room also features ample storage space, including a wardrobe, drawers, and shelves, allowing guests to keep their belongings organized and out of sight. The room is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a desk and chair for those who need to work or study. Additionally, the room has a large window that lets in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. As part of this apartment, guests will have the added convenience of a fully furnished kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for meal preparation. ? Utility bills are included up to a maximum limit of 30 euros per room ? ? - Before check-in, the tenant must pay the security deposit which will be fully refunded to the tenant if there is no damage to the property. ?
