The Standard Rooms share one bathroom, while each Premium Suite has a private bathroom. ? ? The shared kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, stove, oven, microwave, extractor hood, and kettle, with 4 bathrooms in total (3 private and 1 shared). ? FORTNIGHTLY CONTRACT • Payment of half the month's rent if your stay is less than two weeks during the month of move-in or move-out. ________________________________________ ? CONTRACT GUIDELINES 1. Proof of identity required (ID, passport, or driver’s license). 2. Indicate all persons renting or checking in during the booking process. 3. Security deposit to be paid during the contract signature process and refunded upon satisfactory checkout. 4. Rent must be paid by the 20th of the previous month. 5. FOR YOUR SAFETY • All bookings and communications must occur through the HousingAnywhere platform. • Payments are processed securely, with funds released 24 hours after your check-in, ensuring you can inspect the property before confirmation. We work with biweekly contracts, however, the tenant will have to pay the last month’s rent in full. It works as follows: A full final rent payment is collected at check-in, with the adjustment made during the month preceding the final month of the stay, when only half of the rent is due.
