Our home is ideal for students and young professionals looking for a peaceful, well-maintained place to live with a friendly atmosphere. The House - 2 shared bathrooms - Fully equipped kitchen - Dining room - Private backyard Location - 30 minutes bus to Marquês de Pombal metro station. - 15-20 minute walk to Belém and train station. - 15 minute walk to Auchan Supermarket, 10 minutes for Continente. - 5 minute walk to Monsanto Forest Park. - 5 minute walk to Faculdade de Medicina Veterinária, Faculdade de Arquitectura, Instituto Superior de Ciencias Sociais e Políticas. We value a relaxed, warm and respectful environment where everyone enjoys both socializing and their own privacy. Rules: - No pets - Smoking only in the backyard - Silent hours are from 23pm to 7am - Online work meetings and calls must be kept to a minimum. Our home is not suited for home-office. If we allowed everyone to have these meetings everyday, our home would sound like a call center. Please find an appropriate work place. Two months' rent required in advance (first and last month).
