Please note: This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before you can check into the apartment at 3 PM. We ask all guests to complete a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in compliance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities applies, with a limit of €80 included. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: travel-size shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap, and bin bag. For stays longer than 7 nights, an intermediate cleaning and laundry service is available. This service must be requested through the platform at least 36 hours in advance. This cleaning includes change of bedding and towels; cleaning of the floor and bathroom; replenishment of amenities such as toilet paper and toiletries. Please note that cleaning does not include dishwashing or garbage removal. This cleaning will be held between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm on the previously scheduled day. Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra Linen/Clothing: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e.). This modern apartment, elegantly decorated and part of an exceptional project, will provide you with a stay full of comfort, tranquillity, and convenience. The entire space is illuminated by natural light during the day, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The open-concept design harmoniously combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living area features a double sofa bed, a TV, and a desk equipped with a screen for catching up on tasks. From the living area, you also have direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the view of the neighbourhood. In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed that provides nights of deep rest, along with a wardrobe to store your belongings. The bathroom is carefully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, including an electric hob, coffee machine, washing machine, and dishwasher, along with all the necessary equipment to prepare every meal of the day. The space features an extendable dining table for sharing meals. Guests have access to the entire apartment and free access to the coworking space in the building!
