Located in Santa Apolónia, close to several commercial areas, various transport links, you'll be staying in one of the cosiest areas of the city. The flat features two bedrooms, a cool-looking living room, a modernly equipped kitchen that has everything you might need to be able to prepare all your favourite dishes, and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms even has its own ensuite bathroom and the living room leads to a sunny terrace! For bookings longer than 4 months, payment of the last month's rent in advance is required. The City tax will also be charged, it is a single payment of 14Eur per tenant.
