An old industrial building, converted into an urban building with 114 studios in the emerging Lisbon area that is developing due to art and start-ups, hosting many international companies, including the Web Summit administrative offices. Located on the riverfront, this residence will have the privilege of being by the river, with magnificent views and within walking distance of Santa Apolónia train station. Better is impossible! After completing registration on our platform, you will need to access a form provided by the landlord to guarantee your reservation. Be aware that you will need to pay immediately the deposit indicated. The deposit includes the last month rent. Check-ins can be done from Monday to Friday between 300pm and 600pm. Outside this hours a fee of 31 will be applied.
