Casa da Elias VI is an associated residence in the centre of Lisbon with fourteen rooms, oriented towards students and young professionals. ROOMS The rooms are furnished with a complete bed and set of sheets, duvet, and pillow with cover, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with bench and dustbin. In-room TV is available on request. COMMON AREAS The common area has a dining table with benches, a TV, reading material, and access to the clothesline. There is unlimited wireless Internet throughout the house, cable TV in all rooms and the common area. The house is cleaned twice a week by a cleaning maid. KITCHEN The kitchen has three refrigerators with a freezer, stove, oven, and microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans and a set of knives. There are four (4) bathrooms. LOCATION This location allows the house to benefit from a varied local commerce network, making use of a Continente supermarket, mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, and banks. TRANSPORT In a few minutes, it is possible to reach the metro stations of Saldanha (Yellow and Red Lines) or Alameda (Green and Red Lines). The house is in a central location, which allows you to be equipped with a wide range of public transport with connections to all parts of the city, including the airport: metro, bus and taxis! Please, read carefully the whole description before sending a booking request: ? YOUR MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES: - Utilities (Up to €40/month of water, electricity, gas). - WiFi. - Cable TV. - Weekly cleaning of common areas of the house. - Maintenance service. - Telephone service for emergencies. ? REQUIREMENTS: + Security Deposit (equivalent to the amount of one month's rent and paid during the check-in). + Admin fee (Paid per person once during the check-in). + Extra cost of 50€/month in case the accommodation is intended for 2 people. ? MONTHLY CONTRACT: Payment for whole months, regardless of your move-in and move-out date. ? CHECK-IN TIME: - Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm. ? OPTIONAL EXTRA SERVICES (under request) - Check-in outside working hours or during weekends - 34.99 € (Working hours: Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm). - Fridge inside the room (minimum stays of 6 months) - 14.99 € p/month. - Special cleaning of the room 49.99 € (1 X per week). ? RENTAL CONDITIONS: - There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s). - For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document and fiscal number. - During the booking process it is mandatory to be indicated who are the persons that are going to rent the accommodation and do the check-in. - The security deposit must be paid during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received. The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent. - The rent must be paid until the last day of the previous month. - Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good condition. - Visitor(s) policy: Yes (Under request and approval). - Parties are not allowed. - Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00. - Smoking inside the property is not allowed. - Pets or animals are not allowed. We carry out contracts, issue receipts within the scope of the law and assist with obtaining the Residence Visa! Check-in is only authorised once the amounts due at check-in have been credited to our bank account.
