Booking periods available for the new Academic Year: 1st September 2024 - 31st January 2025 OR 1st September 2024 - 30th June 2025. Each room in this new residence is equipped with a double bed, some in mezzanine, private bathroom, refrigerator, desk. All have access to a modern common kitchen and living room, as well as self-service laundry facilities. Please note once your booking is accepted on Uniplaces, the landlord will contact you to sign the tenancy agreement and you must transfer the deposit before move-in date. Cancellation and refundable within the first 7 days once you this period please check with landlord directly, in case of cancellation or early departure, the penalty fees / conditions are valid under the landlord's contract. It's mandatory to attach passport/ID and matriculation from the course with same or higher period of the stay at the residence. Only students are accepted. Possibility of renewing the contract.
