Additional Information: A cleaning fee of €50 will be charged at the end of the tenancy and deducted from the security deposit. The security deposit will only be refunded after the utility bills have been received, in order to calculate individual expenses and deduct them from the deposit. An optional individual kit is available upon payment. Its purchase is not mandatory and is intended to facilitate tenants’ move-in. Each kit is exclusively assigned to a room. The bedroom kit includes: a mattress protector, 2 sets of bed linen, 1 duvet, 1 blanket, 1 pillow, 1 set of towels, and decorative cushions. The kitchen kit includes: plates, mugs, glasses, bowls, pots, pans, cutlery, and tea towels.
