There is also a security deposit to be transferred in order to sign the contract and receive the check-in details. In this residence we seek to guarantee the well-being and comfort of our residents. We offer furnished rooms, designed with a perfect concept, guaranteeing rest and facilitating studying. The price of the rooms already includes electricity, water and gas expenses, and high-speed internet. Biweekly cleaning and room maintenance are also included.
