This is a two-bedroom apartment with 2 PRIVATE BATHROOMS located in ul. Topolowa, a very central area very close to both Lubicz street and Rondo Mogilskie. The place is very close as well to the Old Town. The building is historical and pretty. There is a very spacious backyard where the tenants can leave the bicycles. Please note that the rent does NOT include these fees: Monthly Bills One-time Cleaning fee The apartment is equipped with 2 big double beds (an additional single bed or double bed are available upon previous request), TV, armchairs, tables and chairs. The Lessor can get for the tenants an additional bed upon previous request (single bed or sofa-beds). The tenants can get the following appliances upon previous request: kettle, water boiler, coffee maker, toaster, fan, chargers and TV. There is a good internet connection in the building. There is a weekly cleaning service available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. There is a rental service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. The agreement of lease is available in English language. The bills can be paid either upon consumption or in a reach-out amount all inclusive. THE DEPOSIT IS NEGOTIABLE (LOWER AMOUNT) FOR A PERIOD SHORTER THAN 3 MONTHS. The deposit is only an amount withheld by the Lessor as collateral and a guarantee for the entire rental period. The security deposit is not a form of payment of the last monthly rent. The deposit shall be given back to the tenants after the lease. The Lessor is reasonable, always ready to understand and help the tenants.
