This is a modern 28 m2 studio flat. The sofa-bed (size 160x200 cm) is very comfortable (very good quality). There are 2 elevators in the building. Payments: The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through Uniplaces. All remaining payments should be paid directly to the landlord before check-in and key handover. Check-in & Check-out: Standard Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. Outside these hours or on weekends/holidays require prior arrangement with the Lessor and may incur a small one-time service fee.
