!!! Room swap: Rotterdam (wanted) ? room + livingroom + bathroom (all private) in Utrecht city centre (offered) !!! Our son is starting a Business Administration degree in Rotterdam and is therefore looking for a nice room in or near Rotterdam city centre. In exchange, we can offer a lovely, fully furnished living space in central Utrecht for a temporary period of up to 3 months. In Utrecht, you will have an entire private top floor that can be closed off, including: * your own fully equipped kitchen * your own bathroom * air conditioning and Wi-Fi * your own dishwasher and washing machine * registration at the address is possible Only the front door and entrance/stairway are shared. There is currently a guest bed in the room, but a different bed can be arranged. There is plenty of space for a double bed. The house is centrally located in Utrecht, about a 5-minute walk from a supermarket and bus stops with good connections to Utrecht Central Station and Utrecht Science Park. We are looking for: a room for our son in Rotterdam, preferably in the city centre or within easy reach of it.
