A comfortable and light studio in ideal for a single tenant or couple. The apartment has a clean, contemporary finish throughout: a fully fitted white kitchen with gas hob, and plenty of cabinet space, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet (washing machine not included ), and a bedroom area with a skylight that brings in lovely natural light. Warm laminate flooring runs throughout. Please note: all furniture shown in the photos belongs to the current tenant and will be removed before you move in. You have a few options: Furnished by us – we furnish the place with brand-new furniture for €45 extra per month. Furnish it yourself – also possible, and the terms are negotiable. One thing to be aware of if you take the furnished option and move in on 1 September: the new furniture may not be fully assembled by that date. In that case we can either order it so it's ready for you to assemble yourself, or you can wait a short while until we arrange someone to assemble it for you.
