With ceiling heights up to 5 meters, robust wooden beams, an original brick wall, and a large backyard, you’ll experience the ultimate holiday feel right in the heart of the city. Ground Floor The main living space extends over an impressive 17 meters and features underfloor heating. Here you’ll find a kitchen island with bar stools, a long dining table, and a cozy, bright living area with a large, comfortable sofa. Adjoining the living space is a dedicated office area: ideal for working from home as we do ourselves. Upper Level A stylish staircase leads to the uppor level featuring a spacious master bedroom (box spring with two mattresses, totaling 220 x 180 cm) overlooking the living area below. The combination of steel, glass, and soaring ceilings creates a true boutique hotel atmosphere. On this floor you also find the luxurious bathroom, complete with a spacious walk-in shower and double sink. Outdoors The large garden is a rare gem in Rotterdam. With multiple seating areas, it’s a wonderful spot to relax anytime. Please note: the swimming pool will be closed! The Neighborhood You will be staying in the highly sought-after, peaceful Rotterdam Noord, a charming neighborhood full of tree-lined avenues and historic architecture. A few minutes' walk brings you to the vibrant Oude Noorden area (Zwaanshals, Zaagmolenkade, Noordplein), packed with trendy coffee spots, boutiques, and fantastic restaurants and cafés. We'd love to recommend our favorites. Accessibility Central Station / City Center: 10 minutes by bicycle or a short tram ride. Highways: Easily accessible if you arrive by car.
