The apartment is equipped with its tight plastered walls and ceiling and a beautiful flooring of high quality. To share: Spacious and bright living room (approx 5.8 x 4.1 meters) at the front of the apartment and a serre ( relaxing area/ now it's a study room). Separate kitchen equipped with induction cooktop & oven, refrigerator and freezer, and extractor. We do not provide kitchen utilities such as pans, cutlery and dishes. We recommend and encourage you to purchase kitchen inventory for yourself or together with your new housemates. Bathroom (approx 2.3 x 1.7 meters) with shower and tub in one, sink, washing machine and dryer. Size bedroom (approx. 3.5 x 2.7 meters); Size bed 140 x 200 cm Moreover, the Rotterdam Central Station, Lijnbaan, Meent, Koopgoot, Schouwburgplein, Markthal are within walking distance! We require a 2 monthly rent deposit. Rent needs to be paid in advance before the start of the month, 27th of every month; Deliver to us by e-mail; 1. Copy of passport 2.
