The apartment is located in a peaceful student building with all amenities within walking distance. Erasmus University is a 15min bike ride away. The room comes fully furnished with desk, table, bed, lounge chair, shelf etc. Requirements: - student only - female only - no smoking As this room is part of a student residence and a sublet, the incoming tenant has to be approved by the student housing company. For this, proof of being a student and a copy of your ID are required. Registration is possible.
