It's only a few minutes walk to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Close to all amenities and restaurants. Central Station is just 9 minutes by bike. And only 5 minutes by bike to the beautiful park Kralingse bos. In this nature area you can chill or enjoy a picnic, BBQ, swim or sport. Enjoy a comfortable stay with high speed internet. The room has a lock. The room is 12m2 large and is fully furnished with a spacious bed, 2 closet, desk and chair. It is not a student house where parties are organized. Your roommates are dedicated workers. There are some simple house rules, such as taken shoes off when entering, turning off lights when not in use, no smoking and no pets.
