Women only! Both Dutch and international tenants are welcome. You will share the apartment with only one housemate (me – female, 20). Your room is private and also includes your own balcony. Your room is unfurnished (except it has a closet), and the rent is 930 incl. The apartment is located on the second floor in a lively neighbourhood in the centre of Rotterdam, near the Meent. The room will be available starting in September, and the contract is for a year (but possible for longer). The move-in date is flexible (little bit earlier, little bit later). The apartment has the following shared amenities: * Sink * Shower * Toilet * Washing machine (with dryer function) * Dishwasher * stovetop * Fridge * Freezer * Coffee machine Pets are allowed only if they are friendly, non-destructive and do not make big messes. This would need to be discussed and agreed upon beforehand. The room is perfect for somebody looking for a calm but friendly house in the center of the city!
