Perfect location! Quiet area (new area and most desired) nearby the water (for amazing sunset picknicks) yet 5 mins from Central Station. Only suitable for 1 person or a couple. Beautiful, modern, light, new 2 bedroom apartment (one bedroom is turned into a walk-in closet/work space, no room for a bed) with kitchen island, bathroom with bathtub and toilet, extra toilet and a loundry/storage room, in the most popular and most demanded area of Amsterdam Noord, right across of Amsterdam Central station (10 mins walking/ferry), yet still very quiet. The apartment comes fully furnished, there will be another couch in the living room than the one on the pictures and of course all personal stuff will be gone like the clothes. For a clean view of the apartment see the pictures without furniture, my apartment is just one floor up with clear view over the IJ river and Central station. Located towards the South, lots of sun and day light through the big floor to ceiling windows. Its really lovely living here and that is why its only available for a limited amount of time as I will come back from abroad ?. Looking for responsible tenants. Please take into account that no registration is possible for less than 1,5 year stay. Please note that next to rent and utilities (average based on 1p, especially electricity/heating has increased the last years), there are some one time admin fees + municipal water taxes / waste taxes. If there is an utilities surplus in case more utilities are used than the average (e.g. electricity, heating and water) this will be deducted of final bill after check out.
